a dance

Translation by Tatiana Nikolova-Houston from Tantsova samodeynost, #10-

Balduzkinata is a horo danced in many villages in the open but primarily in the Svilengrad region, in the villages: Raykova mogila; Mustrak; Levka; Dervishka Mogila, etc. Sometimes they call it "Batyuvata balduzka." (My brother’s sister-in-law)

A mixer, danced by men and women on holidays, weddings and other happy occasions. Men hands-hold – na lesa za poyas. Women hands-hold – by hands, with arms folded in the elbows.
